Raipur: Prime Minister’s NITI Aayog has appreciated the Kondagaon district of Chhattisgarh for its significant effort in becoming an aspiring district with mind-blowing achievements and greatest performances amidst several challenges.
The NITI Aayog has not stopped here, it also sanctioned an additional allocation of Rs. 3 crore to the district for its further developments.
The resolution has been taken by Modi’s NITI Aayog based on the achievements by the Kondagaon district during the months of September and October 2020, through which the district secured one of the topmost ranks as one of the most aspiring districts under the Aspirational Districts Programme.
Amitabh Kant, the Chief Executive Officer of NITI Aayog has given a written affirmation regarding this to the Chief Secretaryof Chhattisgarh, Amitabh Jain. Kant, in a part of the letter, wrote – “I congratulate central in-charge officer (COP) and district teams for their efforts and also recommend the name of the district collector for good service entry”.
