BHOPAL: The MP School Education (Independent Charge) Minister of State Inder Singh Parmar on Thursday declared the results for Class 12 via press conference. Inder Singh Parmar took to Twitter posting the guidelines on how can students check their Class 12 result.

Here is how students can check their results on the official MP Board website – mpbse.mponline.gov.in

Step 1: Visit the official website— mpbse.nic.in, mpresults.nic.in and mpbse.mponline.gov.in

Step 2: Click on the result link given on the homepage

Step 3: Enter your credentials such as roll number and date of birth

Step 4: View and download the results for future reference

The overall pass perrcentage for Class 12 has dipped from 72.72 per cent in 2022. Girls have outperformed boys overall in Class 12 results as they scored 58.75% pass percenatage, whereas boys got 52.00%

In the class 12th merit list, 18 candidates have secured positions in Arts (Humanities), 55 in Mathematics, 31 in Science (Biology), 67 in Commerce, 8 in Agriculture, 3 in Fine Arts + Home Science,” Parmar said addressing the media.

Girls outperformed boys in the science stream by scoring 69.03% in comparison to 63.18% scored by boys. The overall pass percentage was recorded as 66.07%. In the commerce stream as well Girls outshined boys by scoring 65.48%. Te overall pass percentage was recorded as 57.37%.

This year over 18 lakh students had registered for the Class 10 and 12 board exams.

MPBSE Class 12 exams were held from March 2 to April 5. The result for MP Board Classes 5 and 8 were released this month at a press conference.

Last year, the overall pass percentage was 72.72 per cent with boys scoring 69.94 per cent while girls secured an overall pass percentage of 75.64 per cent.
