Chhattisgarh: The Supreme Court lifted the earlier ban on the 58% reservation, opening a vast number of recruitments in the state of Chhattisgarh. The vacancies have been marked as open in the School Education Department, where more than 12000 teachers will be recruited, and the Water Resource Department, where 352 Sub engineers will be recruited.

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel released a notice stating that the School Education Department now has 12,489 teacher recruitments open, divided into 6285 posts of assistant teachers, 5772 posts for teachers, and 432 seats for lecturers. Interested candidates can fill out the application form, which will be available on the Vyapam website.

The process of application shall start on 6 May at 10 AM, and the candidates who have successfully filled the form will appear for the required examination. This time, Bastar and Surguja district teachers can also apply for the Teacher vacancies. The requirements for all teacher applicants are posted on the official website of the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Vyapam.

Not only bumper recruitments but the upliftment of the ban on 58% reservations has also opened appointments for the sub-engineers. A total of 352 sub-engineers have been appointed for the Water Resources Department.
