Raipur: In the view of Bhanupratappur elections, government has issued instructions to close all liquor shops for three days. The Chief Electoral Officer of Chhattisgarh has issued an order on the instructions of Chhattisgarh Government Commercial Tax (Excise) Department, Raipur. The order also warned liquor shop owners of strict action for those who fail to comply with orders.

48 hours before the date of the poll i.e.. 3 December from 3PM to 5 December 3PM, liquor shops will have to be completely closed and also on 8th December, on day of counting of votes.

Collector and District Magistrate Dr. Priyanka Shukla has declared the three dry days in assembly constituency number 80 Bhanupratappur (ST). Dr. Priyanka Shukla ordered the closure of national and foreign liquor shop Charama, Durgukondal and FL-7 military canteen Kewati located in the same constituency.
