Hyderabad: All is not well between Indian tennis star Sania Mirza and Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik. The news of their divorce is all over the media these days. Pakistani media reports are claiming that both are going to separate soon and that Shoaib has cheated on Sania. It is being told that Shoaib is having an affair with a Pak model.
Now, according to a report in a Pakistan-based news channel, tennis star Sania Mirza and Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik may make an official announcement of their divorce after settling the legal complications. The Pakistan-based news channel quoted sources as saying that Shoaib and Sania are not addressing the rumors due to legal complications and signing contracts with various TV shows. Shoaib and Sania have several contracts to fulfill.
The news of the rift between the two came to the fore after Sania posted a deep meaning post on her social media handle Instagram. In the post, a picture said, “Where do people with broken hearts go? To Allah”. After this, Sania also shared a picture with their son Izhaan and wrote – “The moments that get me through hardest days.”
According to Pakistani media, Sania and Shoaib have decided to give mutual parenting to their son Izhaan. It has also been said in the report that their relationship has been strained many times in the past. Amidst the divorce rumors, Sania has also shared a single picture of herself taken in a garden. However, Shoaib Malik’s Instagram bio still mentions him as an “athlete” and “Husband to superwoman Sania Mirza”.
Sania and Shoaib got married in 2010 and both have been together for 12 years. However, now the relationship between these two has turned sour. Both have a four-year-old son, Izhaan Mirza Malik. However, Sania is not Shoaib’s first, but his second wife. Before Sania, Shoaib was married in Hyderabad, India. His first wife’s name is Ayesha Siddiqui.
The close relations between Shoaib and Sania started increasing in 2009. After this, both of them got married in 2010. This marriage took place in Hyderabad itself. Sania and Shoaib became parents in 2018. According to Pakistani media reports, Shoaib has betrayed Sania. It is being claimed in Pakistani media reports that Shoaib is in a relationship with Pakistani actress Ayesha Omar. An official announcement by both of them is still awaited.
