Bellary: Congress’s Bharat Jodo Yatra headed by Rahul Gandhi will address a massive rally in Bellary after covering a distance of about 1000 km. may veteran leaders including Chhattisgarh chief minister Bhupesh Baghel and chief minister Ashok Gehlot will participate in the rally today. CM Baghel will join the padyatra and will return to Raipur by 5:15 PM.

Starting on September 7, today is the 38th day of the Bharat Jodo yatra, which started from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu. The Yatra will enter Andhra Pradesh on 18 October. The rally in Bellary is important as this area has been a stronghold for the party. Rahul Gandhi and other eminent leaders have to cover a total of 3570 km.

Earlier on September 16, CM Bhupesh Baghel joined Rahul Gandhi in Yatra which resumed from Kollam, Kerela. The minister walked for 12.5 km with the yatra, and interacted with cashew workers, cashew entrepreneurs, trade unions, and leaders of RSP and Forward Block. A few day ago, Sonia Gandhi too joined the yatra.
