Raipur: The Enforcement Directorate has taken major action in Chhattisgarh as it raided the whereabouts of officers close to chief minister Bhupesh Baghel. The ED team started raids from 7.30 AM and at present teams have been to more than 12 locations in the state.

Ed has raided chief minister Baghel’s OSD Soumya Chaurasia in Durg, Chhattisgarh collector Ranu Sahu’s residence in Raigad, Agni Chandrakar, Suryakant Tiwar, Mining Head IAS JP Maurya’s residence in Raipur, Raigarh’s Ganja Chowk in Raigarh. The proceedings began at 5 AM today morning. During these raids, ED has found large amount of movable and immovable property worth Rs 200 crores from the houses of coal traders Suryakant Tiwari and Soumya Chaurasia.
