Raipur: The health of Nand Kumar Baghel, father of Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel, has suddenly deteriorated. Preparations were made to bring CM Bhupesh Baghel’s father from Korea to Raipur. From Korea, he was brought by helicopter to the helipad located at Raipur Police ground. From here he was taken to the hospital.
Reportedly, CM Bhupesh Baghel’s father Nand Kumar Baghel had gone to Korea to participate in a social program. He was admitted to the hospital due to high sugar and complaints of abdominal pain. Nand Kumar Baghel reached Korea late Monday evening via Ambikapur where he was to attend a social meeting to be held in Baikunthpur. After having dinner, his health suddenly deteriorated late at night.
The Collector and the Superintendent of Police stood with their entire delegation in the guest house located in Korea. CMHO Dr Rameshwar Sharma told that he had vomited after eating food. After that, he was admitted to the hospital. On examination, it was found that the sugar level was elevated. But due to no improvement in health in Korea, CM’s father was airlifted and brought to Raipur. At present, he is undergoing treatment at Balaji Hospital, Raipur. Doctors stated that his condition is normal now.
