Bollywood actor Arman Kohli has been arrested by Mumbai Narcotics Control Bureau in relation to a drugs case. On Saturday, NCB raided Arman’s house and found Cocaine possession, following which he was taken into NCB custody for further interrogation. Soon after, the NCB arrested him after finding him in an inebriated condition.
Arman’s answers during the interrogation were also found to be ‘ambiguous’ as informed by an NCB chief. The Zonal Director of Mumbai NCB, Sameer Wankhede said, “After the raid, actor Armaan Kohli gave ambiguous answers to questions put up by NCB. He was then taken to custody for questioning at the NCB office”.
When NCB raided Arman’s house in Andheri, they found a small amount of Cocaine present there. NCB officials produced Arman before a city court. The court has extended his custody till Monday in the related drugs case.
Another drug peddler Ajay Raju Singh has also been arrested in regards to the drugs case. He was nabbed from his residence in Worli’s Haji Ali area and the NCB found 25 gms of MD drugs from the place. He has been in the Mumbai drug peddler gang for a long time now. It was in his interrogation that the name of actor Arman Kohli came up and thereby he was arrested by the NCB.
