Mumbai: A day after the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) banned the actor from the industry, the actor made his first public appearance on Tuesday morning at the Mumbai airport. The actor arrived amid tight security in a traditional look with his face covered smoothly navigated past the paprazzi.

Ranveer Singh through his spokesperson on Tuesday replied to the you bombshell conference on Monday, saying ” he holds deep respect for the film fraternity and the everyone associated with the movie. However, chooses to remain silent, believing that professional discussions and personal equations are best handled with dignity, maturity and mutual respect’.

“While several narratives and speculations have surfaced over time, Ranveer has never considered it necessary to respond publicly or contribute to conjecture. His focus remains firmly on his work and the commitments ahead. He continues to hold deep respect and goodwill for all those involved and sincerely wishes the franchise continued success. Choosing restraint and grace in moments like these has always been a conscious decision on his part, and he will continue to maintain the same stance,” the statement further read.

FWICE on Monday claimed that the Dhurandar star ignored three formal notices to present his side of the story, leading to the immediate directive instructing all production houses, technicians, and workforce members to cut professional ties with the superstar until the dispute is resolved.

The makers alleged that Ranveer staged an abrupt walk out of Don 3 weeks before the production unit was scheduled to depart resulting in massive logistical disruptions and heavy financial losses impacting thousands of daily wage workers and crew members. However, reports revealed delays in the production and lack of finalized scripts as a one reason for Singh to exit. While another the actor was upset after learning that Excel Entertainment had allegedly explored alternative casting options while he was still attached to the film. Ranveer officially exited project after the release of Dhurandar to which reports claimed Farhan Akhtar and Excel Entertainment sought nearly Rs 40 crore in damages from the actor over alleged financial losses incurred during pre-production.
