Ludhiana: Aam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal arrived in Ludhiana on Wednesday with Chief Minister Bhagwat Mann. The arrival of these prominent AAP leaders has energized party workers. Kejriwal will spend the next two days in Punjab discussing preparations for the assembly elections with the party’s top leadership. After arriving at Halwara Airport, Kejriwal told reporters that the atmosphere in Punjab has become stronger than ever before in favor of the Aam Aadmi Party.
Kejriwal appeared confident and claimed that his party would break previous records in the upcoming assembly elections. Generally, after a government completes four years in office, people tend to show dissatisfaction, but the situation in Punjab is the opposite. He said that there is a positive atmosphere among the people towards the Aam Aadmi Party government in the state and the public is discussing the government’s work.
Kejriwal listed the government’s achievements, stating that free electricity is being provided to the people of Punjab. Canal water has been brought to the fields. Additionally, an insurance scheme of ₹10 lakh has been implemented. He also stated that in the coming days, ₹1,000 each will be deposited into women’s accounts. It should be noted that in April, seven MPs simultaneously left AAP and joined the BJP. These issues may be discussed again.
