New Delhi: The Congress party has taken a major step towards strengthening its organization in Delhi. The party has released a list of new district presidents for the capital’s 14 districts. The party stated that prior appointments of vice presidents and general secretaries have already been made. Now, efforts are underway to strengthen the organization at the grassroots level by assigning new responsibilities at the district level.

District Congress Committee (DCC) presidents have been appointed in Delhi and Arunachal Pradesh after the approval of the Congress President. This decision was taken after the approval of the Congress President. According to the party, this entire change has been made under the ‘Sangthan Sarjan Abhiyan’, which aims to make the organization more active and effective at the grassroots level. Congress said that in this process, AICC observers appointed in every district held detailed discussions with local leaders and workers. After this, reports of all the districts were prepared and submitted to the party high command, on the basis of which new appointments were made.

Following the report, meetings were held at various levels with senior leaders and AICC observers. The suggestions and feedback received in these meetings were discussed in detail, after which the final names were agreed upon and the new list was released. The party states that the purpose of this entire process is to make the organization more active and strong. According to the Congress, the appointment of new district presidents will improve the party’s presence at the grassroots level and increase worker participation.
