Shreya Ghoshal, and her parents Shamishtha Ghoshal and Biswajit Ghoshal have bought a luxury flat in Worli, a fancy locality of Mumbai, at a cost of 29.7 crore, as property registration documents read by Square Yards show.

According to the documents obtained in the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), the apartment is situated in the high-end residential development godrej Trilogy in Worli. The property has a carpet area of about 2,430 sq ft and a total built up area of about 2,750 sq ft. The luxury house also has three exclusive car parking spots that represent the premium positioning.

On April 1, 2026, the transaction was duly registered, and a stamp duty was paid of 178 crore and other registration fees of 30,000. The buy underscores the fact that luxury real estate in prime areas of central Mumbai is still in demand.

The real estate micro-market of Worli has become one of the hottest real estate in the city with other areas such as Lower Parel, Prabhadevi, Bandra and South Mumbai. The area is characterized by the premium residential developments, and the cost of houses is usually over 1 lakh per square foot.

It is also well connected and is in a strategic position which adds to its attractiveness. The major roads that connect Worli include the BandraWorli Sea Link, Annie Besant road, and the western express highway with seamless accessibility to South Mumbai and the western suburbs.
