US Attack On Iran with Bunker-Buster Bombs: On the 32nd day of the US-Israel and Iran war, the conflict between America, Israel and Iran is becoming fiercer day by day. Amidst the preparations for the ground operation, America has launched a major attack on Iran. America has attacked a major ammunition depot in Iran’s major city Isfahan with bunker-buster bombs. Heavy 2000-pound (about 907 kg) bunker-buster bombs have been used in this attack. President Donald Trump has also shared the video of the attack on social media.
The explosions, which occurred from Monday night to Tuesday morning, sparked numerous fires. Reports indicate that explosions were heard in various parts of the city throughout the night. Videos on social media showed the explosions and flames.
According to the Wall Street Journal (WSJ), a US official confirmed that a large number of penetrator munitions were deployed in the attack, causing extensive damage to underground and fortified targets. US military officials said the US used 2,000-pound bunker-buster bombs against a major ammunition depot in Isfahan. The US had previously attacked there on March 7-8. In this situation, the US has once again wreaked havoc there using bunker-buster weapons.
Meanwhile, Lebanon’s pro-Iran militant group, Hezbollah, claimed that it attacked an oil refinery in the northern Israeli city of Haifa on Monday with an Iranian missile. Following the attack, a petrol tank at the refinery complex caught fire, sending thick smoke billowing over the area. It’s not yet clear whether the fire was caused by the missile strike or by intercepted debris.
