On Saturday, a devastating bomb explosion in the Quetta railway station in the South West of Pakistan resulted in the death of at least 20 people and left 30 others injured.

Confusing account, have it that the blast may have occurred inside the station or around the booking hall. The Jaffer Express bound for Peshawar, which was to leave at 9 a.m., was on the platform but had not started moving when the blast took place.
