South Korea: Forget their dominance in beauty, Koreans now are the new competitors for manufacturers producing COVID fighting accessories.

A South Korean company Atman, has invented- ‘Kosk’- a mask that would take away all your dining woes adhering to the COVID norms. Named after the Korean word for ‘nose’ – Kosk works like a traditional face mask, however, it can also adjust to only cover the nose, for people wanting to keep an extra orphus protected from the virus.  The tiny mask that covers only the nose is to be worn under the regular mask so that one could still be protected while relishing their favourite cuisine. Comes in a package of 10 costing between $8-$11 on an online retail store called- Coupang.

Naturally, Twitterati’s are loving the new inventions and using the social media platform to praise the creativity. While several criticize the company.

According to the authority in all matters COVID, the World Health Organisation insists covering the nose, too, is a vital measure in protecting yourself against the virus. “Masks should be used as part of a comprehensive strategy of measures to suppress transmission and save lives; the use of a mask alone is not sufficient to provide an adequate level of protection against COVID-19,” WHO says, advising wearers to make sure it covers both your nose, mouth and chin.”
