Kyiv: Ukrainian President agreed to hold talks with Putin at its borders with Belarus- neat the Chernobyl exclusion zone. This agreement for dialogue came after the Belarus leader Alexander Lukashenko had a telephonic conversation between the two leaders. The Ex-Soviet Union had earlier denied talking in Belarus where the Russian troops were stationed.

Meanwhile, today the UNSC has also announced to hold an emergency meeting of the General Assembly to discuss Russia’s advancements in Ukraine.

At the same time, Volodymyr on Monday morning said that the Russian mercenaries had been ordered to assassinate him.
