World: QuEST Global appoints Lindsey Gauthier as General Counsel, a global product engineering and lifecycle services company. The company has appointed Lindsay in the position which is responsible for managing all legal, regulatory, and compliance activities globally and will oversee the in-house legal team. He will be reporting directly to Ajit Prabhu, Chairman, and CEO of the company.

 With a rich and diverse experience, Lindsay joins QuEST, to span multiple industries and countries. He has collaborated with corporations to manage risks and prepare strategies to avoid legal actions and comply with administrative obligations. Lindsey also has the extensive commercial transactional experience, especially in mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, and IPOs.

Before joining QuEST, Lindsay served as a Vice-President and Associate General Counsel and shared services at DuPont based in Wilmington, Delaware. He was a manager associate General Counsel for their Safety and Construction business. Lindsey completed his bachelor’s degree from New York University and a law degree (JD) holder from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
