New Delhi: Indian and Japanese naval forces all set to start their three-day-long maritime military exercise starting from Saturday (September 26). The navel exercise will happen in the North Arabian Sea. This is the fourth edition of Japan Maritime respective exercise (JIMEX).
The navel exercise will proceed till September 28 and it is being directed in a ‘non-contact at-sea-only format’, taking into account COVID-19 limitations.
The activity is occurring in the setting of developing worries over China’s military movement in the Indian Ocean Region just as in the Indo-Pacific.
