Islamabad: The son of renowned former PM of Pakistan Benazir Bhutto and presently the Pakistan People’s Party chief Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has announced that they are confident of forming the government in the next elections in the country.
“The next government will be formed by the PPP and it is the only party that can resolve the problems of the province”, he said in a recent public rally in Balochistan. He further added, “If there is any political party in the country that cares about the needs of the poor, it is the Pakistan People’s Party”.
It is since his mother, Benazir Bhutto was assassinated in the province in the year 2007 by terrorist bombing that he has been actively discouraging any type of terror attacks in and outside of the country. He also condemned the recent Quetta blast by a tweet that said, “Condemn the bomb blast in Quetta. The government must stop appeasing terrorists and implement the National Action Plan”.
Being a young leader in the making, Bilawal Bhutto is all set to “empower and support” the people of Pakistan if they choose his PPP party to form the government in the next elections. “If the people of Balochistan support the party, there is no power in the world that can stop it”, he said.
He further added, “If there is any political party in the country that cares about the needs of the poor, it is the Pakistan People’s Party. We will empower and support each other so that we could continue our struggles”. Several new members have joined the PPP party that includes Sanaullah Zehri and Abdul Qadir Baloch as well.
