According to reports, Ashley St Clair, the alleged mother of Elon Musk’s 13th child is the mother of two and she is embroiled in many parental custody battles, including one that was resolved last month. Yet, the 26-year-old influencer, who is suing Musk for loss of income and for single motherhood, has previously been embroiled in a different custody battle involving the father of her first son, Sebastian.
The identity of Sebastian’s father is still not known, but legal documents reveal that St Clair was associated with a case called ‘Anonymous v Anonymous’ in 2024. In that case, the plaintiff is said to be St Clair, and the presumed defendant is believed to be Sebastian’s father, who a high-profile New York law firm represents. The case was closed in November 2023, court records will show. In the matter St Clair is represented by the same attorney as is currently representing her in her legal action against Musk.
Legal filings earlier this week revealed that the Tesla and SpaceX CEO must also appear in court in New York County Courthouse on May 29. Talking to the Sun on Sunday, she claims she impregnated Musk’s child in January 2024 when they had a tryst in St Barths and gave birth in September 2024. Documents officially identified the child as “R.S.C.” and St Clair claims that Musk has only met the child three times and that he does not show any interest in custody or parental involvement.
To back up her charges, St Clair is apparently reported to have taken a photo of Musk, the child, together when he was with her. With Ashley St Clair winning custody disputed by Musk and his business partner, the details of that legal dispute as well as St Clair’s own fight with Musk accompanying this custody battle have been dominating headlines across the world.
