Kabul: The Defence Minister of France, Florence Parly stated that by Monday evening the country will begin to transport French nationals by air from Kabul to a base that is located in the United Arab Emirates. According to the CCN report, military airplanes will be utilized for the purpose of evacuation.

Later, the airplane will be fortified by the French army who are posted in the UAE. “There are several dozen French citizens to be evacuated from Afghanistan, diplomatic personnel as well as nationals from NGOs,” Parly mentioned to the press.

On the other hand, the Chinese Govt seems to be interested in making friendly relations with the Taliban occupied Afghan province. A foreign ministry spokesperson from China said, “China respects the right of the Afghan people to independently determine their own destiny and is willing to continue to develop. friendly and cooperative relations with Afghanistan”. 

The Chinese Foreign Minister, Wang Yi acknowledged the Taliban in public as “a crucial military and political force in Afghanistan that is expected to play an important role in the peace, reconciliation, and reconstruction of the country.”

In Afghanistan, the Taliban announced on Sunday that the war was over when they managed to take control of the presidential palace in Kabul. The economy subsided after the Taliban entered the city. Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani flew out of the country by stating that he wants to avoid the bloodshed battle. The Wall Street Journal reported how the horrifying incident took place after thousands of Afghans assembled at the airport to catch the evacuation flight amidst the takeover of the Taliban.
