Bollywood: A lawyer from Muzaffarpur in Bihar on Wednesday filed a criminal complaint at a local court in Bihar, against eight people including Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan, producer-director Karan Johar, Indian television producer Ekta Kapoor and many others in connection with suicidal death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
Advocate Sudhir Ojha moved a criminal complaint at the court of chief judicial magistrate in Muzaffarpur. Ojha alleged in his criminal complaint that eight persons including Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, producer-director Karan Johar, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Ekta Kapoor and others forced Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput to commit suicide.
Other persons named in the complaint are Aditya Chopra, Sajid Nadiadwala, Bhushan Kumar and director Dinesh.
Ojha alleged that Sushant was sacked from about seven films and some of his films were not allowed to be released by these persons under a conspiracy. Ojha also alleged that the late actor Sushant was not invited to film functions due to these persons.
Advocate Ojha told that the criminal complaint has been filed under Sections 306, 109, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) while the renowned Bollywood actress Kangana Ranauat has been listed as a witness in the case.
It needs to be mentioned that the 34-year-old actor Sushant Singh Rajput on Sunday allegedly committed suicide and his body was found hanging at his Bandra residence in Mumbai.
Sushant made his debut with Kai Po Che in the year 2014 and later starred in other Bollywood movies such as PK, Kedarnath, Shudh Desi Romance and MS Dhoni: The Untold Story. He was last seen in Netflix’s Drive. He made his acting debut with Zee TV serial Pavitra Rishta, which gave him a huge fan base.
Sushant’s death comes just barely a week after his former manager Disha Salian committed suicide few days by jumping off the 14th floor of her apartment in Mumbai.
Notably, it is the fourth death of a renowned personality from Bollywood, who died in the past two months, after Irfan khan, Rishi Kapoor and Wajid Khan.
