Delhi Blast: Following the blast in the national capital, Delhi, a high alert has been issued in Madhya Pradesh. Religious sites, important establishments, crowded places, and other sensitive areas are being closely monitored. Police forces have been deployed at airports and railway stations. Intelligence and the state cyber police are also on alert. Social media is also being monitored to prevent rumors.
Thousands of police personnel are being deployed in Bhopal. Police forces from across the district have been summoned to the Bhopal Police Control Room. Strict checking will be conducted at every public place. Delhi and Bhopal have direct train, road, and air connectivity. Criminals associated with banned and terrorist organizations have been arrested in Bhopal.
Security arrangements have been tightened at Bhopal airport. Changes have been made in the arrangements at Bhopal airport after the Delhi blast. Visitor passes have been stopped at the airport from Monday night. Also, the number of CISF personnel and security at the exit and departure gates has been increased. Monitoring is also being done through CCTV. Here, GRP, RPF and district police conducted a coming search operation at the railway station. The investigation was done jointly with dog squad and bomb squad. The bags of the people present at the station were checked.
