Mumbai: TV actress Tunisha Sharma, who died by suicide last Saturday will be cremated today. Her body was handed over to her mother and uncle last night. Tunisha left this world at the age of just 20 years, the pain is evidently seen in the condition of the actress’ family. Tunisha’s death has left her mother heartbroken. She fainted when she reached the hospital last night to see her daughter’s body. When she was seen outside the hospital, she could not even stand alone. She has accused Tunisha’s co-actor Sheezan Khan in abetment to suicide case.

Sheezan Khan has been arrested following a complaint by the actress’ mother and the actor is being interrogated. While Sheezan is making revelations about Tunisha and his relationship, now information is coming that the police have so far recorded the statements of 17 people including close friends, and relatives of the actress on Monday.

Meanwhile, a new revelation has come to light in the case. Accused Sheezan has told the police that he and Tunisha had broken up within three months. Recently, on the basis of their investigation, the police had claimed that Tunisha was suffering from depression, hence the actress took this step. But now the police have said that Tunisha was not taking medicines for depression.

On the other hand, Sheezan’s sisters, Falaq Naaz and Shafaq Naaz who are also TV actors have issued a statement in this regard. The note said, “As much as everyone is eager to know the ‘other side of the story’, we are equally curious to know, but for time being we’d like for you to allow us privacy in this grave situation. Both families are victims at this point. Let the right time come and we will address the matter for sure. But this is not the right time. A death is a painful situation everyone needs to honour the privacy of the affected Families and give them the space to mourn and carry on with the funeral first.”

“It is such an unfortunate state that we lost a precious soul and another is arrested. Accusations have been leveled against Sheezan and the police are investigating the case. Let police take the call. I am confident that an innocent guy has been framed without an application of mind. This situation has been overwhelming for the family members and we’d like to take this time to co-operate with the police and let the truth come out. We have complete faith in the Indian judiciary system and hope the truth shall triumph. Also, please do not take our silence for weakness; We will speak soon when the time is right. But for now, allow and respect our privacy”, the note concluded.
