New Delhi: Last night, a horrific occurrence took place in Delhi when a man was seen clinging to a car’s hood for several miles. Police reports claim that Chandan Singh, a Bihar MP, was the owner of the in-question automobile. Onlookers were in awe when the daring accomplishment occurred as the car proceeded from Ashram Chowk to Nizamuddin Dargah.
Chetan, the victim, claimed the allegedly intoxicated driver rushed away after brushing his car three times. He further added that “the car brushed my vehicle thrice. I came out and stood in front of it but he started driving. I hung on to the bonnet as he drove from Ashram Chowk to Nizamuddin. I kept pleading him to stop, but he didn’t“.
The car had already travelled 2-3 kilometres with the man still clinging to the bonnet when the police promptly intervened and came to the scene. Many people were curious and concerned about what happened, and many were also asking how such a terrible situation came to be.
Authorities affirmed that the driver was in control of the vehicle and that the MP was not there when the event occurred. For reckless driving, a case has been filed. More information is anticipated to become available soon as authorities investigate.
