Akshay Kumar announces the Theatrical Release Date for ‘Bachchan Pandey’; unveils its first look
Bollywood Superstar Akshay kumar on Saturday took to his Twitter handle to announce that his much-awaited project Bachchan Pandey is going to be released on the silver screen on January 26, 2022. The film is being produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and being directed by the Housefull 4 director Farhad Samji.
Besides Akshay Kumar, the cast of the film features some popular actors like Jacqueline Fernandez, Kriti Sanon, Arshad Warsi, Pankaj Tripathi. The team has currently been shooting in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
The ‘Pad Man’ of Bollywood, on his Twitter handle, has posted a close-up shot of his outlook in the movie that he is shooting for, captioning it – “His one look is enough! #BachchanPandey releasing on 26th January 2022!”
Kumar, in his tweet, has tagged producer Sajid Nadiadwala, director Farhad Samji, and other actors sharing the screen with him. The concept behind the movie is revealed to some extent from the picture of the outlook from the movie that the actor himself has posted. With heterochromatic eyes, rough stubble, and a brown bandana on the forehead, the actor stares directly at the camera.

Notably, the 53-year-old actor has another upcoming release in his bag, the Rohit Shetty directed Sooryavanshi, which is a cop movie, a subject that is quite common in the Bollywood industry.
