California: Google has been working for a long time on their AI Chatbot, Bard, which is named to be a competitor for Chat GPT. On Thursday, 11 May, Google officially announced that the launch of Bard in 180 more countries which even includes India. This announcement was made in the Annual Developer Conference held in Mountain View, California.
Sundar Pichai informed about the launch of Bard in other countries through his speech. He said that, “As models get better and more capable, one of the most exciting opportunities is making them available for people to engage with them directly. That’s the opportunity we have with Bard- our experiment for Conversational AI.” He also tweeted in this regard.
Google’s Vice President, Sisan Hsiao also spoke about Bard saying that the platform will soon be available in 180 countries and users will also be able to access it in Japanese and Korean language. Hsiao added that their AI Chatbot Bard will be having 40 languages in which the users will be able to use it.
People have been waiting for Bard to be launched for a long time as earlier it was restricted to the UK and the US. But now even the Indian users will be able to sign-up themselves for the AI Chatbot through the official Bard website.
