Mexican media outlets were the first to report the news, citing sources at the hospital where Wozniak was being treated. However, a TMZ report citing sources close to Wozniak suggested that the illness was potentially a less serious bout of vertigo.
Wozniak, 73, was in Mexico City to attend the World Business Forum. He was scheduled to speak at the conference on Wednesday afternoon, but he reportedly fell ill earlier in the day. He was taken to the hospital by his wife, Janet.
