The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPBPB) has recently informed the candidates and exam holders regarding the issue of Police Constable admit cards for the exam date of August 25, 2024. SSC CDSE admit cards for the intended candidates can now be freely downloaded from the official UPPBPB website, uppbpb.gov.in. The admit cards can be downloaded by the candidates by entering the registration number and date of birth. The admit cards are issued in a staggered manner such that the cards for three days before the respective examination dates are issued collectively. The admit cards for the performance in the examinations to be held on 23 and 24 August have already been released.
Downloading the admit card is very simple. Aspirants should go through the official website of UPPBPB for the constable recruitment examination, mention the link to download the admit card, enter the login details. While accessing the admit card, the candidates are expected to scrutinize the information such as the exam date and time, the reporting time and the examination centre.
The candidate is allowed to take the test only if he/she has an admit card with photo id proof. The examination is slated for 23rd, 24th, 25th, 30th and 31st August 2024 at 67 examination centres spread across the state of Tamil Nadu. The test will be conducted in two shifts: from 10 am to mid-day and from 3 pm to 5 pm.
Later in the latest circular, the UPPBPB stressed that items like power glasses, mangalsutra and articles for religious beliefs would not be prohibited in the examination. This decision seeks to allow candidates not to be limited a lot while at the same time conforming to examination procedures.
Bright candidates are encouraged to study the exam day policies set down by the board so that they can be in a good position to follow them as they are required to do so.
