A threat to bomb the Ram Temple and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Ayodhya has raised concerns as well as additional threats towards Amitabh Yash, the Chief of STF, and Devendra Tiwari, the National President of the Bharatiya Kisan Manch. The person sending threatening emails claimed to be affiliated with ISIS. The Golf City police station in Lucknow has registered an FIR in this regard, and both the police and the STF are actively investigating the matter, tracing the sender of the email.
Devendra Tiwari provided information about the threats on his former Twitter account. He mentioned that the email specifically mentioned a person named Jubair Khan. It referred to threats against the Ram Temple, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, STF Chief Amitabh Yash, and himself, expressing the intention to cause harm. Additionally, an unknown individual called the emergency helpline number 112 to threaten the bombing of the Ram Temple and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The Deputy Commissioner of Police (East) confirmed that a case has been registered in this regard and investigations will be made for the same.
Prashant Kumar, the Deputy General of Police (Law and Order), stated that after taking cognizance of the threat, the police have initiated an investigation. The Director General of Police, Prashant Kumar, emphasized that the police are actively working to examine the authenticity of the threat and track down the person responsible. The security agencies are collaborating to ensure the safety of the mentioned individuals and the Ram Temple premises.
