Agra: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to hold the Bharatiya Janata Party’s campaign for the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections in western Uttar Pradesh with a massive rally in Agra on Thursday.
The Prime Minister will hold a joint rally on Thursday in Alampur Jafrabad in Bhamora area of Bareilly in support of BJP candidates from Amla and Badaun Lok Sabha constituencies. After this, his election public meeting will also be held in Shahjahanpur. Coming to Bareilly the next day, he will hold a road show in Rajendra Nagar. To make the road show attractive, a program has also been fixed for Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Tight security arrangements have been made at both the places regarding the Prime Minister’s programs.
Home Minister Amit Shah will be addressing a public meeting in Kanker Lok Sabha constituency in the Chhattisgarh’s Bastar region today. Speaking on PM Modi’s schedule, BJP state media co-incharge Anurag Agrawal added that the Prime Minister will address campaign rallies on April 23 and 24 in Sarguja, Mahasamund, and Janjgir-Champa Lok Sabha constituencies of Chhattisgarh.
The electioneering in the constituencies scheduled for voting in the second phase concluded as the voting is slated for Friday, April 26. The end of the campaigning marks the commencement of a 48-hour silence period before polling.
