Ghaziabad: Late Tuesday night, a devastating fire broke out in a textile factory in Tronica City Industrial Area, Ghaziabad. Upon receiving information, multiple fire brigade vehicles reached the scene, eventually gaining control over the fierce flames after strenuous efforts. While there have been no reports of casualties, the blaze has reduced goods worth lakhs to ashes.

The fire control room at 2:10 AM alerted the Loni Fire Station about the incident in a textile factory in Tronica City Industrial Area. Promptly, fire service units from Loni Fire Station, equipped with two fire tenders, rushed to the location. The fire engulfed the ground floor of a three-story building at Plot Number F-19 (covering an area of 450 square meters) in Sector A-1 of Tronica City Industrial Area, housing a garments factory named “Sana Garments.”

Immediate action was taken as fire service units deployed hoses and utilized nearby water sources to pump water onto the blaze from fire tenders. The flames were spreading rapidly, necessitating the call for additional fire tenders from neighboring fire stations. With persistent efforts, both fire tenders from Loni Fire Station managed to gain control over the fire after a considerable struggle.

The incident underscores the challenges faced by firefighters in tackling the intensity of the blaze. The coordinated efforts involved the use of advanced firefighting equipment, extensive water pumping, and collaboration with nearby fire stations to effectively bring the situation under control.
