Garlands made of marigold are selling from 13 to 1500 rupees. Traders Santosh Pal and JP Yadav mentioned that the demand for flowers has increased by 40% during the festival.

More acceleration is expected from Thursday onwards. Lotus flowers have been sourced from Kolkata. Businessman Firoz Vishwas stated that over one lakh lotus flowers have been brought from Kolkata.
