Prayagraj: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will be visiting Prayagraj district today, where he will review preparations for the Magh Mela. The Chief Minister will spend approximately two hours and 40 minutes in the city. During this time, he will perform Ganga Puja at Sangam Nose and inspect the fair area. He will also attend a auspicious ceremony at a hotel. Administrative officials have completed all preparations for the Chief Minister’s visit.
It is reported that CM Yogi will arrive at the Police Line helipad at 10 am. He will then attend a auspicious ceremony held at a hotel in Civil Lines from 10:05-10:20 am. Then, at 10:25 am, Yogi will visit the residence of MLA Harsh Vardhan Bajpai. From there, he will proceed to the consecration ceremony of the Bajrangbali statue. After participating in the consecration ceremony, Yogi will proceed directly to the Sangam site.
If you’re planning to bathe at the Magh Mela in January or February, be sure to thoroughly review train stoppages. Changes have been made to train stations from January 2nd to February 17th. Most trains will run to Subedarganj station, after which they will be diverted.
A railway official said that the major trains cancelled include the Prayagraj-New Delhi Express, Prayagraj-Lalgarh Express, Anand Vihar-Prayagraj Express, Barmer-Howrah Express, New Delhi-Howrah Rajdhani Express, New Delhi-Rajendra Nagar Rajdhani Express. Several trains running on the New Delhi-Howrah rail section have been partially cancelled.
Departure from Bamrauli Airport to Udaipur
CM Yogi Adityanath will arrive at Sangam Nose at 10:50 am. There he will perform Ganga pujan at Sangam Nose and inspect the fair area. After that, he will arrive at Bade Hanuman Mandir Bandhava at 11:25 am. After darshan pujan and aarti at the temple, he will reach Prayagraj Mela Authority office at 11:45 am. Where he will review the preparations for the Magh Mela till 12:15 pm. After that, he will leave for Udaipur from Bamrauli Airport at 12:40 pm.
