Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has given a big responsibility to the State Women Commission. He held a meeting with the officials of the Women’s Commission. During this, women’s rights were discussed and necessary guidelines were given. He said that the commission has a big role in developing leadership skills in women. Nari Shakti Vandan Act will soon be implemented in the country. Women of UP will be able to take full advantage of this. The Chief Minister has also given instructions to discharge the responsibilities with a positive attitude and to communicate with women during district visits.
On Tuesday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a meeting with the officials of the State Women’s Commission. In which CM Yogi also discussed the objectives, responsibilities, rights of the formation of the State Women’s Commission and gave the necessary guidelines. The Chief Minister said that the state government is making many efforts to provide opportunities for the safety and development of women and daughters. The government is running many schemes in the interest of women.
The CM said that the children trapped in illegal activities of begging should be freed and arrangements should be made for their education and housing. The government is constantly making efforts to connect them with the mainstream. Chief Minister Yogi has asked the State Women Commission to contribute effectively in this work. He said that with the support of the Government of India, ‘Krishna Kutir’ has been established for destitute women in Vrindavan.
Destitute women’s centers are also being run. Many of the women residing there are educated. Some have the skill of handicrafts, some are experts in some other field. The commission should communicate with these women and give its suggestions so that their talent and ability are used properly.
