The largest state of India will celebrate its day of democracy as voting has started from 7 am in 199 out of 200 assembly seats of the state. Which will continue till 6 pm. A total of 1862 candidates are in the fray for these 199 seats. The number of voters here is 5,25,38,105. These include 1,70,99,334 youth voters in the age group of 18-30. The number of new voters is 22,61,008.
Meanwhile, the news is coming that former minister and Banswara assembly candidate Dhansingh Rawat has cast his vote at booth number 70 located at Government Nutan Higher Secondary School. Former minister Bhavani Joshi was also present with him. He has claimed that he will win by more than 50 thousand votes.

More than 1,70,000 security personnel have been deployed to conduct the assembly elections peacefully in Rajasthan, which includes more than 70 thousand Rajasthan Police personnel, 18 thousand Rajasthan Home Guards, 2 thousand Rajasthan Border Home Guards, security forces from other states (Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat , Haryana, Madhya Pradesh) and 120 companies of RAC have been included.
