The Managing Director of the Rajasthan Medical Services Corporation, Neha Giri, conducted an inspection of the pharmacy warehouse at Sawai Man Singh Medical College, Jaipur, on Wednesday. During the inspection, she gathered information on the availability of medicines under the Chief Minister’s Free Medicine Scheme.
Expressing satisfaction with the availability of medicines, she assured that the 100% availability of drugs supplied under the scheme would be ensured in the future. Giri directed medical institutions associated with the pharmacy warehouse to ensure the prompt supply of medicines. She emphasized organized stock registers and careful attention to the expiration status of drugs. The director reviewed the progress of the new building under construction for the pharmacy warehouse and instructed the executive engineer to complete the construction work by February 28 and hand over the pharmacy warehouse.
All staff at the pharmacy warehouse were present during the inspection, ensuring 100% attendance. The pharmacy warehouse’s management and all systems were found to be in order during the inspection. It’s worth noting that the pharmacy warehouse at Sawai Man Singh Medical College is the largest in the state. The Director of the pharmacy warehouse, Dr. V.P. Meena, and other officials were present during the inspection.
