Jaipur: Congress has launched 7 guarantees for the assembly elections in Rajasthan, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot will launch the yatra, Congress’ guarantee yatra will go to 33 districts of the state, Jaipur on 7 November, Jodhpur on 8 November 2023.
Congress has released the list of star campaigners for Rajasthan Assembly elections, which includes 40 names. In this list, the names of party’s national president Mallikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi and Shashi Tharoor are at the top. Apart from this, the names of former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupendra Singh Hooda, KC Venugopal and Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa are also included in the list.
“The following star campaigners have been announced by AICC for Rajasthan Assembly elections”, wrote PCC Rajasthan on social platform X.
The names of Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, PCC Chief Govind Singh Dotasara, CP Joshi, Sachin Pilot are included in the released list of star campaigners. At the same time, names of Mukul Wasnik, Tariq Anwar, Jitendra Singh have also been included. Apart from Gujarat’s Dalit leader and MLA Jignesh Mevani, NSUI’s AICC in-charge Kanhaiya Kumar and many other names are included in this list.
voting will be held in one phase for all the 200 seats of Rajasthan Assembly. Voters of Rajasthan will vote on November 25 to elect their representative in the Legislative Assembly and the next government of the state. The Election Commission had earlier fixed November 23 as the date for voting, which was later changed in view of the weddings. The election results will come on December 3.
