Jaipur: As the assembly elections, in Rajasthan approach Rajvardhan Singh Rathore, a known figure in the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), has stated that the party’s Rajasthan unit is functioning smoothly without any issues. Despite being an MP, Rathore has been nominated by the party to contest from the Jhotwara constituency in this election.
When asked about controversies surrounding ticket distribution within the BJP, Rathore emphasised that all party members are determined to secure victory in the elections. Rajvardhan Singh Rathore holds a position within the Rajasthan BJP, having won elections twice and also serving as a minister during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s previous term. He is among the MPs chosen by the party to contest in the state assembly elections.
Rathore also addressed concerns regarding paper leaks in the state. Highlighted that there have been a total of 22 cases reported, with 19 of them being linked to the Congress party. This suggests that paper leaks became widespread during Congress governance.
He proposed that those, in positions during the Congress’s administration, could potentially be accountable, for this leaked information. However, the ones most affected by these controversies are the people of our state who have experienced both setbacks and a loss of faith.
Moreover, Rathore shared his thoughts on the approaching end of the government’s term remarking how laws are being passed two days before their tenure concludes, describing the situation in a manner.
Rathore showed support for party workers who are in disagreement over the ticket distribution process, saying that such issues are present in every political party, but the majority of the party’s workers have faith in its principles. He firmly believes that the BJP’s Rajasthan unit is functioning smoothly, and they are poised to win the upcoming elections, making it challenging for the opposition to decide their nominees against them.
