Jaipur: The Congress party has initiated preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, inviting applications from potential candidates and seeking feedback from party workers. To oversee the selection process for Jaipur City Lok Sabha elections, appointed supervisor and former minister Mamta Bhupesh will conduct a meeting on February 2 at the city office.
Interested candidates can submit their applications during the meeting. The session, chaired by RR Tewari, the Jaipur City District Congress President, will gather local leaders, state officials, former ministers, legislators, mayor, deputy mayor, block presidents, district presidents, ward presidents, councilors, and aspirants. The meeting will run from 11 AM to 2 PM, where suggestions for Lok Sabha candidate selection will be solicited.
