During patrolling, the police team stopped and searched a young man roaming suspiciously in Rawatsar town. During this time, 78 boxes filled with intoxicating tablets were found from the young man. These were filled with 980 banned intoxicating tablets.

Police recovered intoxicating tablets and arrested Arif Gandheli from the spot. A case has been registered against him under NDPS Act. Based on the interrogation of Arif, accused of drug smuggling, the police have registered a case against Raju Khan, son of Gulzar, resident of Ward 12, Gandheli and Nyolakhi, resident of Aidan Saharan.
