Jalandhar: In Sangrur, DSP Dalbir Singh was fatally shot near Basti Bawa Khel on Monday, stirring upheaval as his lifeless body was discovered by a road near the canal. According to information, a dispute had arisen a few days ago in a village near Jalandhar involving DSP Dalbir Singh and some individuals. During this altercation, the DSP had discharged his licensed revolver. However, a subsequent reconciliation had taken place with the villagers.
