Bhopal: In Bhopal, Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan held a press conference on his birthday and announced several social resolutions. He said that with each birthday, life becomes shorter, so it is important to dedicate one’s life to social service. Emphasizing the need to strengthen the spirit of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” in society, he said that the path to achieving this spirit lies through love, but love alone is not enough; service is equally important.
“Today, on the occasion of my birthday, I planted a tree with my family at the Smart City Park in Bhopal. I believe that every moment of life should be dedicated not only to oneself, but also to society and nature. Life is meaningful only when it is lived for service and harmony”, wrote Shivraj SIngh Chouhan on X.
Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that on this birthday, he has pledged to make life easier for his brothers and sisters with disabilities. To this end, he plans to provide battery-operated vehicles with rear luggage storage. He also spoke about providing better healthcare facilities in his parliamentary constituency. He pledged to establish mobile clinics, which will provide doctors, medicines, and all kinds of diagnostic facilities.
He said that efforts would be made to start free coaching classes for children in the area and provide resources like laptops to encourage talented students. He also appealed to people not to give him gifts or coconuts on his birthday. If you want to show your love, plant a tree and share a photo of it, because there is no greater service than protecting the environment.
