With dignity and fortitude, 110 employees have diligently served at the Assembly Secretariat for a remarkable three decades while patiently awaiting formalization. Among these individuals are those who have already retired after wholeheartedly devoting themselves as in-charge employees before leaving. Over time these dedicated staff members voiced their valid concerns and shared their hardships across various platforms. Finally, thanks to sheer perseverance and determination on behalf of all stakeholders involved, Madhya Pradesh Assembly Speaker Girish Gautam has taken a decisive step towards announcing the regularization of every single employee faithfully serving at the Assembly Secretariat.
Moreover, in alignment with government policies concerning the Assembly Secretariat, a group of 18 contracted computer operators has been faithfully serving for either ten or six years in their respective positions. Acknowledging their exceptional contributions and steadfast commitment Speaker Gautam has further declared that these proficient computer operators will be appointed to regular positions following established government standards for such appointments.
