Indore: In a significant security operation in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, law enforcement apprehended an individual with alleged ties to Khalistani terrorists. The primary suspect, Rajendra Banwal, known for his notorious activities, was detained along with four associates. This group had executed a series of thefts in the city, raising concerns about the security landscape.
Indore’s Annapurna police were instrumental in capturing Banwal and his accomplices. Over just five days, between August 15 and August 20, this group is believed to have targeted and burgled 1 house, making away with valuables worth lakhs. Their modus operandi and consistent success within such a short time frame underline the meticulous planning and execution capabilities of this group.
However, what makes Banwal’s arrest even more significant is his alleged association with Khalistani terrorist factions. Before this, Delhi Police had caught him possessing a staggering 18 pistols, further highlighting the threat he and his group posed.
