Chhatarpur. The All India Air Rifle Bench Rest Shooting Championship 2025 was organized in Agra, UP. In which Chhatarpur’s Nitya Srivastava won the gold medal in Under 20. The Rim Fire and Air Rifle Bench Rest Shooting Association of India and Precihole Sports organized this competition. During the competition, the participant has to complete at least 25 targets in 20 minutes.
Nitya Srivastava hails from Chhatarpur and has won a gold medal. She secured the first position in the country in the national-level shooting competition. This competition was held in the Agra district of Uttar Pradesh.
Shooters from across the country, who reached Agra on Saturday, took part in the All India Air Rifle Bench Rest Shooting Championship 2025. Participants participated in six categories. In this competition, Nitya Srivastava of Chhatarpur, MP, secured first place in the country by hitting 211 targets in the Under 20 category and won the gold medal. More than 100 participants from various states of the country including Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Rajasthan, Punjab, Maharashtra, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Haryana, Karnataka, Assam, and Nagaland participated in this competition.
