In his post, he gave warm greetings to all the citizens of the state and offered prayers to them to be happy, peaceful, and prosperous.

Dr Mohan Yadav stressed that Dhanteras is not merely a festival but a synonym of wealth, well-being and good things. It is the starting day of the five-day Diwali festival, and traditionally, people worship Lord Dhanvantari and Goddess Lakshmi on this day to ask people to be blessed with good health, fortune and prosperity.

The Chief Minister, in his message, wished to offer his prayers to Lord Dhanvantari and goddess Lakshmi to bring happiness, health and prosperity to all households. He wished that this religious celebration could revive new happiness, spiritual empowerment, and prosperity in the lives of every citizen. He further emphasised the cultural and spiritual significance of Dhanteras and that it gives individuals a positive reason to go out there and embrace positivity, generosity and gratitude.

Dr Yadav also contributed by saying that these festivals cement social harmony and give the families and communities that time to get together. The act of celebrating with devotion and goodwill is engaging people to honour and, at the same time, strengthen the shared values which promote collective progress.

He wished all the families in the state peace, success, and well-being. At the end of his speech, the Chief Minister once again expressed his belief that this Dhanteras would bring new opportunities, better health and sustained prosperity to the Madhya Pradesh people.
