Indore: Intending to promote tourism in Madhya Pradesh, the Tourism Board is organizing many types of programs in collaboration with organizations at different beautiful places. Under this, the members associated with MP Tourism have discussed with the media about the success of the Gandhi Sagar Floating Festival and the starting of Kuno Forest Festival on 17th December.
Madhya Pradesh is the heart of India and to promote tourism here, Madhya Pradesh Tourism Department is taking various initiatives in collaboration with many organizations at different places to woo lovers of travel and cuisine. After the success of the floating festival started on 27th October, now Kuno Forest Festival is being organized from 17th December to promote tourism.
Highlights of the Festival:
- Cheetah Safari: Witness the majestic cheetahs reintroduced to Kuno National Park after decades. Enjoy a jeep safari and observe these magnificent animals in their natural habitat.
- Cultural Performances: Immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of Madhya Pradesh with folk dances, music, and traditional art displays.
- Nature Walks and Birdwatching: Explore the diverse flora and fauna of the Kuno National Park on guided nature walks and birdwatching expeditions.
- Adventure Activities: Participate in thrilling activities like ziplining, rappelling, and off-road cycling.
- Camping and Bonfires: Enjoy a night under the stars with camping facilities and cozy bonfires.
- Food Stalls: Savor delicious local cuisine and traditional dishes at the festival’s food stalls.
This festival is being started by Iyak Ventures Private Limited and Lalluji & Sons in collaboration with the Tourism Board. In which a comfortable tent city has been developed along with cultural programs, exciting activities, luxury camping. In which tourists will be provided all kinds of facilities near Kuno National Sanctuary.
Sources reveal that romance will mainly include hot air ballooning, air gun shooting, paramotoring, horse riding and during the jungle safari, you will get a chance to see the rich forest animals of the area from close and the cultural heritage will also be introduced during this period.
