Madhya Pradesh has already received an amount of 36.8 inches of rainfall till this monsoon season. Coincidentally, the state is currently at a point just 0.20 inches below normal seasonal average. With active weather conditions in place, communities have been advised to remain vigilant with flooding as low-lying areas may become waterlogged.
